What can you put in your resume?
Each template supports personal details, a professional summary, experience, education, projects, skills and additional information. Empty sections are left out of the preview. Use additional information for relevant certifications, languages or awards.
Start from an example for inspiration, then replace every sample detail with your own. Include a current email address, your city or region, and a relevant portfolio or LinkedIn profile if you have one.
Make the layout your own
Switch templates from the Design tab. You can also choose Forest, Navy, Charcoal or Walnut as your accent colour and use Compact, Standard or Comfortable text sizing. A shorter, focused resume usually benefits more from removing irrelevant information than from making the text smaller.
Choosing a template for online applications
Follow the employer’s requested file format first. Our purchased exports are selectable-text PDFs with standard headings. Classic is a simple starting point for a conventional application, but no template can guarantee compatibility with every applicant tracking system or an interview.
Check the final PDF by opening it, selecting a few lines of text and reviewing the page breaks. Avoid decorative emoji or unsupported characters. Use clear section labels and spell out unfamiliar abbreviations where helpful.
What does the $2 purchase include?
The purchase unlocks one resume PDF without the draft watermark, plus corrections and re-downloads of that resume for seven days in the purchasing browser. Tax depends on the checkout location. There is no monthly subscription.
Your draft is saved locally when browser storage is available. Export a JSON backup before clearing browser data. The backup helps preserve your content; it does not transfer payment access to another browser.
